1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SmarterScript you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SmarterScript is an AI-powered tool for creating short-form video scripts (TikTok and Instagram Reels) for products, with support for viral hooks, voiceovers, and product data extraction from store links.

3. Account and Credits

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You get 3 free credits when you sign up.
  • Each generation consumes a defined number of credits (script = 1, voiceover = 2, and so on).
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable after use.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

  • Create misleading, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.
  • Promote illegal or harmful products.
  • Attempt to hack the system or abuse the APIs.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without prior written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

You keep all rights to scripts and content you create using the service. SmarterScript retains full ownership of the application itself, its logo, and its interface.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may contain inaccurate information. You are responsible for reviewing and validating the content before publishing or using it commercially.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The Premium plan is $15/month and includes 100 credits.
  • You can cancel at any time; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed by trusted providers (Stripe / Lemon Squeezy).

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice and without refund of remaining credits.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the generated scripts or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
